Customer Support: What is That?

We have all experienced the endless loop of options to choose from when trying to reach a HUMAN about a product or service we have paid for! Is there anything MORE frustrating than this?

You spend your hard-earned cash on a product or service, “something” either isn’t working, isn’t working “right”, or you don’t understand it, you pick up the phone to get SUPPORT, and you end up in a maelstrom of options to select from – more often than not – WITHOUT actually getting to speak to a LIVE person!

I have had more issues than I care to remember with a very well known (will remain nameless) company whose product is great – when it works – and was not cheap. Does it piss me off when it isn’t working? Heck yes! However, EVERY time I have an issue, their tech/customer support team gets back to me fairly quickly in an effort to resolve my problems.

Good Customer Support is IMPERATIVE!

After learning how to find your customers and what they want; after getting them committed to doing business with YOU; and after wooing them to keep them as your customers – WHY WOULD YOU NOT give them the support they need and deserve?

If your customers aren’t getting the service they require from you – your competitor will be only too happy to help them!

Differentiate Yourself From Your Competition by Showing That You Care!

In a time when most business is done over the Internet, and there is an overabundance of choices in every market, how do you decide which product/service/tool/membership program/etc. to purchase? If you do NOT do due diligence to check out track records/complaints/reviews… you are doing yourself a HUGE disservice! It is VERY easy to “exaggerate” (nicer way to say “lie”) on the Internet. How many times have you read or watched videos about people telling you that you can earn 6 figures overnight in your sleep? Come on! Let’s get real here. There are NO get rich quick schemes! You can’t just buy or buy into anything, sit back and do NOTHING, and expect to get rich! That is just not true.     There is barely no customer support out there nowadays. You get looped around a long while until you hang up the phone.
