Don’t F*** Around With Social Media Savvy Customers gives an unbelievable example of how a VP of a movie theatre used really bad judgement in responding to an unsatisfied customer. I can’t imagine what he was thinking when he was writing his response email.

Thanks to social marketing, his response became available to the whole world and more particularly, to the residents of St. Croix Falls, Wis. More power to social media - big brother is watching your every move.

    It’s amazing that this would happen in this day and age. Didn’t this guy weigh the risks involed with a response of this kind? Of the repercussions that would translate into images of poor professional attitude/persona of not only himself- but reflected of the company?
